This Privacy Policy explains what information Sport Analysis platform (“we”, “us”) collects when you use pikopshop.com and our apps (the “Service”), and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Usage and device information. Like most websites, our server records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit. This is used to run and secure the Service.
- Live chat. If you use the chat, we store the name you choose, your messages and the time you sent them. To stop spam and enforce bans we also store a scrambled code (a one-way hash) made from your IP address and a random ID saved in your browser; we do not store your IP address itself in the chat. Chat messages are deleted automatically after a short time (by default 48 hours). Messages blocked by our filter are kept for up to 7 days so we can review abuse.
- Information stored in your browser. We save small pieces of information in your browser’s local storage, such as your chat name, a random chat ID and whether you have seen the chat rules. They stay on your device and you can delete them by clearing your browser data.
- Contacting us. If you email us, we keep your email and message to reply to you.
2. How we use information
- to provide the Service, show scores, streams and the chat;
- to keep the Service secure and prevent spam, abuse and fraud;
- to understand how the Service is used and improve it;
- to meet legal obligations.
Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR apply, our legal bases are our legitimate interests in running and securing the Service, your consent where we ask for it, and legal obligations.
3. Third-party services
Some content on the Service comes from other companies, and they may collect information when it loads:
- Video players such as YouTube, Dailymotion, Vimeo, Facebook and Twitch. When you watch a video from these platforms, their own privacy policies apply and they may set cookies.
- Sports data providers (for scores and statistics) and news websites (for headlines and images).
- Fonts loaded from Google Fonts.
- App stores (Google Play, Apple App Store and others) when you follow a download link.

4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as our hosting company), when required by law, or to protect our rights and users.
5. How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Chat messages are deleted automatically as described in section 1. Server logs are kept for a limited time by our hosting provider.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to its use, and to complain to your data-protection authority. To make a request, contact us at [email protected].
7. Children
The Service is not aimed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
