These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of pikopshop.com and our apps (together, the “Service”), run by Sport Analysis platform (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Sport Analysis platform shows sports scores, fixtures, standings, statistics, news headlines and video streams. Scores and statistics come from third-party data providers and may be delayed or contain errors. We may change, pause or stop any part of the Service at any time.
2. Video and streams
We only publish video that we own or have permission to show, and videos hosted by their owners on platforms such as YouTube, Dailymotion or Vimeo using those platforms’ official players. Videos from third-party platforms are also subject to that platform’s own terms. You may not record, copy, re-broadcast or sell any video from the Service unless the owner allows it.
3. Your use of the Service
You agree not to:
- break any law or anyone else’s rights while using the Service;
- try to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- copy or scrape the Service in bulk, or use it to build a competing service;
- use the Service to send spam, adverts or harmful content.
4. Live chat
You can join the live chat without an account by choosing a name. You are responsible for what you write. Messages must follow the chat rules shown in the chat: no swearing, insults, hate, harassment, links, adverts or personal details. Messages that break the rules are blocked automatically, and we may delete messages and mute or ban anyone at any time without notice. Do not share personal information in the chat.
5. Apps
Our apps are offered through app stores such as Google Play and the Apple App Store. Your use of an app is also subject to the terms of the store you downloaded it from. Apple and Google are not responsible for our apps or these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Sport Analysis platform name, logo, design and our own content belong to Sport Analysis platform. Team names, league names, logos and player names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.
7. Links to other websites
The Service contains links to other websites, such as news articles and official broadcasters. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or policies.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or that scores, times and statistics are accurate or up to date.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Sport Analysis platform is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including decisions you make based on scores or statistics shown on it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new Terms.
