Davido went out of his way to show kindness to Portable, yet he ended up getting dragged online by the very person he tried to help.  

Flashback to about a year ago while Davido was busy planning his wedding with Chioma, he happened to be in Atlanta, Georgia. That same day, Portable, who was also in town for a show, reached out, begging for a chance to meet up. Out of pure generosity, Davido sent a convoy of luxury cars to pick him up, bringing him to a high-end restaurant for dinner.  

At that dinner, Davido laid out a feast fit for royalty luxurious, expensive, and absolutely delicious. As if that wasn't enough, he gifted Portable a pair of Puma boots worth over 3 million naira, along with bundles of dollars to support his career. To top it all off, Davido promised to collaborate with him for free! No charge, just pure goodwill.  

The night didn't end there. Davido took Portable around Atlanta, hitting up a club and spending millions to make sure he had the time of his life.  
And how did Portable repay this generosity? One week later, he went online and called Davido a liar! He ranted that Davido wasted his time, demanding a whopping 50,000 dollars as compensation for an unfulfilled promise.  

And Davido's response? Silence. He didn't engage in the nonsense because sometimes, the best reply to a fool is no reply at all.
